Flexcrete is proud to be a full product manufacturer member of the Concrete Repair Association (CRA). Formed in 1989, the CRA is committed to promoting and developing the practice of concrete repair and allied disciplines, as well as advancing education, technical training and health and safety matters in this specialist construction sector.
Concrete Repair Association – Manufacturers With A Track Record Of Quality
The CRA only permits manufacturer membership from organisations that are able to demonstrate a proven track record of quality, reliability and health and safety excellence. In order to conform with the Association’s Codes of Practice and Training requirements, all full members must be Q.A. Accredited to ISO 9000:2000 and BS EN 14001 (Environmental Standard) and they must also be accredited to BS OHSAS 18001 (Occupational Health & Safety Assessment Series).
Member companies of the CRA also include specialist contractors, product distributors established in the field of concrete repair and other associated organisations, such as testing laboratories.
In 2014, the Concrete Repair Association (CRA), Corrosion Prevention Association (CPA) and Sprayed Concrete Association (SCA) formed the Structural Concrete Alliance (SCA) aimed at providing a single co-ordinated voice for the structural concrete refurbishment and repair industry. The Structural Concrete Alliance brings together over 100 companies drawn from contractors, manufacturers, distributors, consultants, test houses and equipment suppliers.
